Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply when using the JTA Travel website, contacting Jonkers Ventures (Pty) Ltd trading as JTA Travel, requesting travel information, requesting quotations, or using any travel related services arranged through us.

2. Travel Advisory Role

JTA Travel assists with travel planning, package research, quotations, itinerary preparation and travel related guidance. Some bookings may be completed through third party suppliers, affiliate partners, airlines, insurers, hotels, tour operators or travel platforms.

Flight comparison links open Google Flights or Skyscanner. Prices are shown there, and bookings are completed with the selected airline or booking provider under their terms. JTA Travel earns no commission from these flight comparison links.

3. Prices and Availability

Travel prices, availability, taxes, exchange rates and supplier conditions may change without notice. A quote is not confirmed until payment has been made where required and the relevant supplier confirms the booking.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, health requirements, travel insurance requirements, airline rules, baggage rules and destination entry requirements before travelling.

5. Payments, Cancellations and Changes

Payments, cancellations, refunds, rebookings and changes are subject to the terms of the relevant supplier or booking platform. Service fees charged by JTA Travel for planning, research or administration may be non refundable once work has started.

6. Third Party Suppliers

JTA Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, supplier failures, hotel issues, airline disruptions, visa refusals, border decisions, weather disruptions or any service failure caused by a third party supplier.
